By accessing and using G&D’s website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

 

2. Products and Services 

G&D provides premium home cleaning products, luxury fragrances, and custom party branding services. All products are subject to availability and may vary from images shown.

 

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability
• Payment must be completed before shipping
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Custom branding orders require 50% deposit before production

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days
• International shipping available with additional fees
• Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

• 30-day return policy for unopened products
• Custom branded items are non-refundable unless defective
• Return shipping costs borne by customer unless product defective
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

6. Product Safety

• Follow all product instructions and warnings
• Keep products away from children and pets
• Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur

7. Limitation of Liability 

G&D’s liability is limited to the purchase price of products. We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products.

 

8. Intellectual Property 

All content, trademarks, and designs are property of G&D. Custom branding remains client property upon full payment.

 

9. Privacy Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

 

10. Modifications Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
